About the role
Staffing assignment at a large industrial manufacturer in Skellefteå. We are looking for several driven, curious and flexible candidates that are eager to work who want a role within the manufacturing industry as operators and production staff. We are looking for both people with an industrial background in addition to those who are willing to learn and invest in a new profession. The positions are initially fixed-term employment where you are hired by us at Lernia as a consultant with great possibilities for continuation or taking over afterwards.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Hourly Sampling of products for Q-check
- Scanning of products in X-Ray stations
- Taping of Cans
- Fluent in English spoken and in writing
- Competence/knowledge about using basic HMI functions
- Preferably has work experience in quality tasks and/or hands on operation
- Has basic knowledge about 5S
- High work ethic
- Team player
- Sense of responsibility regarding own tasks
- Respectful to others and their work
- Able to work in dynamic environment
- Eager to learn
- Emotionally stable
- Has an eye for improvement

Type of employment: Full-time, fixed-term employment at Lernia as a consultant 6 months. Continuation or taking over afterwards might be possible.
Working hours: shift work which may also include night shifts
