Language courses in Swedish
Language is often the most important way into the community at a workplace and a prerequisite for a foreign person to want to continue working in Sweden over time. We offer language courses in Swedish that are specifically tailored to enable your new employee to enter the Swedish labour market as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Language: often the most important way into the community at a workplace
The global labour market has made it possible for us to meet many different nationalities and backgrounds in our jobs. For those who have just arrived in Sweden, it can be difficult to settle in immediately – especially if you do not speak the same language. Language is often the most important way into the community at a workplace and a prerequisite for the person to want to stay for a longer period of time.
Being able to make yourself understood and understand your new colleagues also boosts your self-confidence. No matter what type of course you choose with us, we can guarantee that it will make a big difference for everyone involved!
Our three offers
Training set-up
Since we employ our own teachers in Swedish, we have the opportunity to adapt all courses to your needs. Some of our most popular setups are:
- On site: Group training with teacher. Basic and advanced training that we carry out on request all over Sweden. The courses can be combined with different types of networking and social activities. For example, you prepare food or go to a restaurant in order to let the participants build a local network in your home city.
- Remote/video meeting: Group training with teacher. Basic and advanced training that we carry out on request globally. A good solution if you have a number of participants who are geographically dispersed.
- Remote/video meeting: Private tuition with teacher. Basic and advanced training that we carry out on request globally. Ongoing start, normally within a week. A good solution if you have employees who travel a lot and have irregular working hours. Each lesson in the course with the teacher and the participant is booked on an ongoing basis. It is also a good solution if you only have individuals who want to increase their knowledge in the fastest possible way.
An introduction to the Swedish work culture
That's what you get in our training courses
The purpose of all our courses is for the participant to dare to speak Swedish and make their way in the best possible way in Swedish society. All courses therefore also include an introduction to the Swedish work culture.
If you wish, the courses can be carried out as intensive courses. The aim is to assimilate the language or industry-specific technical language and safety culture in the shortest possible time. The courses both require and offer commitment from the participant in the form of, among other things, homework.

Client reference
Carole Hamon, Operational Offer Manager Nordics, Schneider Electric
“Regarding the Swedish language training course, I would say that the teacher was really positive, dynamic and dedicated which made the whole class really interactive and fun. The content and pace is quite intense so it was really useful to have a teacher who always take the time to answer our questions and took the time to dig into topics that we would not understand.”
Healthcare Swedish, engineering Swedish and government agency Swedish
What language training do you need?
We offer language training for, for example, production staff in industry, assistant nurses, licensed professions in healthcare (healthcare Swedish) and embassy staff. In addition, “engineering Swedish”, “government agency Swedish” and the language spoken in the public sector.
