About the role
The role as Outbound Coordinator is all about handling and organizing the physical distribution throughout Sweden and Northern Europe. To ensure on time delivery as well as project and product planning. You will have continuous contact with both customers and suppliers. You will also contribute to create and maintain KPI (key performance indicators) rapports to clients and the production. Daily activities and tasks include:
- Organizing the physical distribution from Swedish warehouses.
- Being the main contact person for customers and suppliers.
- Planning deliveries and handling orders.
- Create and share correct KPI rapports with customers.
- Optimize transport efficiency and costs.
- Update and work in Samsung SDS's TMS system.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure they are on schedule.
We would like to see that you have around 1-3 years of similar or relevant work experience and a good knowledge of MS Office. You need to be able to fluently communicate in both English and Swedish, both written and oral.
It is meriting to have previous experience of TMS-tools and KPI rapports. A bachelor or other degree in logistics wouldn’t hurt.
As a person, you need to be driven and comfortable with conducting yourself professionally in English as well as Swedish. You are naturally looking for ways to streamline and optimize any aspect of production. You are a team player and strive to always provide good service and good results. You should be comfortable with customer contact.
To succeed in this role it is important that you take your responsibilities and tasks seriously. You need to be able to communicate clearly and work in a structured and organized manner. The role requires you to put the customers needs above your own and take strategic decisions. Finally, you have a neck for creating and fostering relationships.

Type of employment: consultant until January with possibility for extension.
